One of the first tastes of spring, our California Early green garlic is a special, short-term item not to miss! Harvested while still young, green garlic has a fresher, milder flavor than traditional cured garlic, making it suitable for both light cooking as well as raw eating. Blend up with Cilantro and olive oil for an incredibly refreshing spring pesto! Offered in a bunch, which is typically 3-4 stalks.
Note: We harvest our green garlic large, closer resembling the size of a small leek than the typical scallion-style bunch. Prepare similar to a leek, chopped with usable stem all of the way up to the first leaves.
