Organic Albion Strawberries

Fresh and organic is only the tip of the iceberg with these spring strawberries. Albions are distinctive for being particularly sweet and fragrant, with a slightly longer shelf-life. We always pick at the peak of ripeness and flavor, ready to eat the moment they cross your threshold. Offered in a 1 lb plastic clamshell container.

If you can manage to save some for recipes, we suggest: 
Juice with a few of leaves of tarragon, basil, or mint and pour over ice with tonic water for a unique and refreshing warm-weather julep. Alternatively, bake with a a few yellow peaches under a sweet biscuit dough for a delightful summer comfort-food.
