The caramel sweetness and slight grassiness of our Kentucky sorghum really lent itself to pecans and vanilla. This granola has lots of vanilla, plus a vanilla sugar crust, which works beautifully with the apples. Makes a great ingredient in apple crisp, or try it as a substitute for oats in your favorite oatmeal cookie recipe, too!
This granola, like all of our granolas, is vegan. We prepare them in a certified kitchen in which wheat products are also prepared.
