Our seaweed salt comes from the Northern Sonoma Coast. It tastes a bit of rocky shoreline with a hint of tide pools and a whale migrating by. Seaweed salt is great on mild and raw seafood like halibut, scallops, and oysters. It also dresses up eggs, popcorn, dark chocolate and about anything you might add salt to that could use a little extra umami flavor. It's comes in a reusable glass spice jar. We donate a portion of our profits to help support California's Marine Protected Areas.
