Small batch vegan potstickers handmade in California. Kwong Shop’s Ginger Chick’n Potstickers are inspired by a Kwong family favorite, Chinese Ginger Chicken. They are stuffed with dry-rubbed crumbled tofu, charred cabbage, water chestnuts, and a ginger-scallion marinade. All ingredients are sourced from local markets and the wrapper coloring is plant-based and natural. These potstickers pair perfectly with their sweet, aromatic Kwong Sauce.
Ingredients: tofu (water, soybeans, less than 2% of calcium sulfate, magnesium chloride), cabbage, water chestnuts, vinegar, fresh ginger, scallions, onion, gochugaru, paprika, cumin, coconut sugar, chile de arbol, grapeseed oil, arrowroot powder, white pepper, salt, water, wheat flour, malted barley flour, fruit/plant powders for coloring (dragonfruit, spirulina, turmeric, activated charcoal, wheatgrass powder, butterfly pea powder, reishi mushroom powder).
