Chili Oil

This chili oil is slow-cooked in small batches and inspired by the spicy and flavorful chili crisps that the Kwong Shop family grew up eating in their parent's kitchen. Oil is infused with garlic, shallots, chile de árbol and gochugaru, giving it a hot, sweet, and smoky taste. All ingredients are sourced from local markets. This chili oil goes well with everything - meats, veggies, soups, dumplings, noodles, and much more.

Ingredients: chile de árbol and gochugaru, garlic, shallots, toasted sesame seeds, spices, sugar, salt, grapeseed oil.
