Small batch and Bay Area made ice cream using locally sourced ingredients. Dairy-free and egg-free, this is the vegan version of Koolfi Creamery's Klassic Koolfi Ice Cream. Using almond butter and roasted ragi flour, a super grain found in South India, this ice cream is nutty and sweet. Further accentuated with rosewater and cardamom, this Vegan Almond Ice Cream is unique, yet familiar.
Ingredients: organic cane sugar, organic brown rice syrup, organic almond butter (roasted almonds), sunflower oil, maltodextrin, ragi flour (finger millet), dextrose, rosewater, cardamom, Himalayan pink salt, xanthan gum.
