This gorgeous, heirloom, red-hued garlic has a level of spice and bite that it's brethren don't. It has yet to be cured, and has been recently pulled from the earth. In the weeks to come the curing process will be underway, but for now the layers of the bulbs are still wet and need to be kept refrigerated.
