King Soba Organic Pho Noodles are made with whole grain brown rice and rolled and cut in the traditional Vietnamese way. Our smooth and silky noodles are ideal for hearty winter broths, stir-fries, and cool summer salads.
King Soba Organic Pho Noodles are ideal for vegetarians, vegans, celiacs, and gluten or wheat sensitive.
Ingredients: Organic Brown Rice Flour.
To prepare: Put Pho noodles into a bowl, pour boiling water over the noodles to cover them, and leave to soak for 8-10 minutes. Strain in a colander. Do not cook.
