Organic Black Rice Noodles

Black rice has long been prized for it’s dramatic presentation and high protein and mineral content. When cooked these noodles render a delicious nutty flavor with a beautiful deep purple color. To Prepare: Bring a pan of water to a rolling boil. Add noodles slowly until submerged. Bring back to the boil and then reduce to medium heat. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Drain noodles in a colander and then refresh with cold water to prevent sticking.
