Whole Grain Levain

Josey Baker's Whole Grain Levain is made from 100% freshly milled whole grain. Like all of Josey's grains, it's milled right on site in his bakery, on their very own stone mill. The Red, White + Rye loaf is made of a blend of 3 different whole grains: red wheat, white wheat, and rye.

Ingredients: whole wheat flour, whole rye flour, sourdough culture, sea salt.
