The Italian Dough Factory story started more than 20 years ago in their first pizzeria in the Rione Monti, one of the oldest neighborhoods in Rome. In the early 80s, the Roman concept of pizza was evolving from a heavy and fatty product to a light and healthy meal, rich in protein and low in calories. Today they bring you their original Pizza Romana, as healthy and tasty as you might find in Rome.
