Triple crown blackberries bring a perfect balance between sweet and tart to this classic blackberry jam with earthy, spiced notes. We love it spooned over vanilla ice cream, or spread on a croissants. The jammy profile also does well in savory applications, including as a glaze for pork or paired with bold ash-ripened goat cheeses, like Humboldt Fog.
