Yes! Finally! Peach jam! We've been searching high and low (and within 150 miles) for the perfect organic peaches to make into jam, and finally found them! A luscious, juicy, put everything else down because all you're going to be doing now is eating this peach kinda peach. A phenomenal fruit with a depth of flavor, bright acidity, and that hard to pinpoint ephemeral yet oh so distinct peach flavor, can we call it peachiness? I think I just did. And there you have it folks... our very first peach jam! We are crushing hard on these peaches, and can't get enough of this jam.

albion STRAWBERRY  *limited edition*
A classic-tasting strawberry jam featuring big, bold strawberry flavors. Because the albion strawberry has a firmer flesh than the seascape, this jam has more distinct fruit chunks. This jam is really good stirred into yogurt or oatmeal. The albion strawberry jam is a kids' favorite!

These early-season blackberries have a deep and intense flavor. The farmers who grow these obsidian blackberries call them "the jammer's delight" because of their great balance between sweet and tart. This jam features a wonderful wild blackberry flavor with notes of spicy clove. We love this jam in Greek yogurt!
