High Water Brewing
High Water Brewing is the brainchild and constantly evolving concept of Steve Altimari, its founder and brewmaster. Steve spent over a decade working in the tech world before deciding it was time for a change. He decided to go back to school to learn the ins and outs of brewing, then became brewmaster for a successful brewpub for 15 years. When it came time to start his own company, he opted for the flexibility of "Gypsy" brewing, renting other breweries' facilities to brew across Northern California. Steve makes unique ales with ingredients ranging from the traditional to the rare: think cucumber or lychee.
