High Water Brewing
High Water Brewing is co-owned by Steve Altimari and Barri Altimari. Steve is the brewmaster: he worked in tech for over a decade, then changed course to learn brewing and worked as brewmaster for a successful pub for 15 years. Barri spent years as a sous chef and pastry chef, developing recipes for food companies and winning award after award. They create ales with ingredients and inspirations that range from familiar-but-surprising, like Barri's Campfire Stout which was inspired by s'mores, to seasonal or hard-to-find, like Steve's Cucumber Kolsch.
