Pomegranate Juice Extract

Our fruit extracts are made through a cryoextraction process very similar to the way ice wine is made.  In an environment with a temperature below freezing, partially frozen fruit is pressed to extract a concentrated juice product. The ice is removed and what remains is a 6X concentration of pure fruit flavor!
