Ice Cream Beans have a sweet, white, velvety pulp inside a fibrous pod with the texture reminiscent of a semi-sweet vanilla ice cream. The large black seeds can be roasted, but inedible when raw. Enjoy it by eating fresh out of hand, or adding to desserts.
