Spaghetti Squash

Spaghetti Squash is beloved for its mild, slightly sweet flesh and fun "noodle-y" texture. Halve and bake it until a knife goes easily into the flesh, then use a fork to pull out the flesh and separate its strands. Use in salads, sautés or veggie bowls!
