Romanesco is an edgy, fractal cousin of broccoli and cauliflower. The most unique of all brassicas, Romanesco can be cooked just like broccoli and cauliflower--roasted, pan seared or steamed--but should be handled with care so that the beauty of it's shape makes it all the way to the plate!
