Veggie Meatball Mix

Our house-made Veggie Meatball Mix is savory and satisfying, made with hearty chickpeas, mushrooms, breadcrumbs, and plenty of spices. Just shape into balls, then fry up in a cast-iron pan until nicely browned, flipping once—about three or four minutes per side. 

Ingredients: Canned chickpeas, crimini mushrooms, yellow onion, olive oil, flour, panko breadcrumbs (bleached wheat flour, shortening (palm oil), cane sugar, yeast, salt), red miso (soybeans, rice koji, sea salt, well water, koji spores), garlic, smoked paprika, parsley, salt
