
Our small batch stock is simply made with sturgeon fish, vegetables and white wine. Use as a base for fish and seafood soups and stews, including homemade cioppino.
Ingredients: Fish Carcass, Water, White Wine (Grape Juice, Sulfites), Celery, Leeks, Fennel Bulb, Yellow Onion, Canola Oil, Salt, Garlic, Parsley, Black Pepper, Dry Bay Leaves.
