Tomatillo Salsa

This glorious green salsa is a taqueria favorite: tangy, tomatillo-y, and a little spicy. Spoon it liberally over tacos, enchiladas, eggs, meat, and seafood, use as a braising liquid, or dip in with your favorite tortilla chips and get snacking.
