Springtime in a bowl. Our spring minestrone is bright, fresh, clean, and comforting. The broth is seasoned with white miso, preserved lemon, and melted garlic, then paired with peak-of-season asparagus, snap peas, baby spinach, and creamy cannellini beans.
Stovetop (preferred): Transfer to a pot and reheat over medium-high heat. Simmer for 2 minutes. This will perfectly cook the tender spring vegetables.
Microwave: transfer to a microwave-safe container and reheat until hot
