Drizzle it over a fresh panzanella made with tomatoes, torn country bread, and plenty of herbs, use it to brighten up your standard green salad, or dress a pile of your favorite roasted seasonal veggies with a generous pour of this vinaigrette. If it starts to separate, just shake vigorously before using.
