Good Egg's Kitchen has taken their Mac and Cheese and added pumpkin for a fall twist. Cheesy and creamy, the pumpkin contributes a slightly sweet flavor while providing nutrients such as vitamin A and potassium. For children, simply eat alone, eat with veggies, or enjoy with a glass of milk. For adults, pair with a salad, protein, and a cold glass of beer.
Reheating instructions: Preheat oven to 425 F. Remove lid and bake until bubbly and browned on top, 10-15 minutes.
