This vegetarian version of the California classic Green Goddess Dressing is made right here in the Good Eggs Kitchen with avocados, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and plenty of herbs. Drizzle it over crisp leaves of romaine lettuce and little gems, spread on sandwiches and even veggie burgers, or set out as a dip alongside your favorite fresh raw veggies.
