What You Get
Fresh herb-marinated chicken breast

Radishes
Spring onion
Cucumbers
Tokyo turnips
Washed lettuces
You’ll Need
Olive oil

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Lay marinated chicken on sheet pan and bake until golden brown and the juices run clear, about 30 minutes. Remove from heat, and let rest for 5-10 minutes.
Step 2
While the chicken is cooking, wash and thinly slice or dice radish, spring onions, cucumbers and tokyo turnips.
Step 3
Once cooled slightly, slice or pick the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Step 4
Toss together sliced veggies, washed lettuces, and half the green goddess dressing. Top with chicken and croutons and pour the remaining dressing over top. Finish with fresh black pepper and salt and an additional drizzle of olive oil to help season the raw vegetables and
