These Herb-Marinated Chicken Thighs are made with Mary's bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs and marinated in extra virgin olive oil, fresh organic thyme, salt, and pepper—ready for you to cook and enjoy in your own kitchen. Heat your oven to 450°F, line a sheet pan with foil, drizzle it with olive oil, and bake for about 35 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is nicely crisped. We love it served alongside a pile of your favorite seasonal veggies. Two to four whole thighs per package depending on the size of the individual thighs, minimum net weight of 1lb/package.
