For a St. Patrick's Day feast or a classic Reuben sandwich, it doesn't get better than our house-made corned beef. It's savory and tender, full of warm spices, and pairs perfectly with a good dark beer. Slice it thickly and dish it up with cabbage, potatoes, and all the fixings.
To reheat, remove the lid and heat in a 325°F oven for 15-20 minutes until warmed through.
