Ingredients: Chickpeas, Lundberg White Jasmine Rice, Canned Whole Tomatoes (Tomatoes, Basil, Salt), Spinach Baby, Yellow Onion, Water, Canola Oil, Cilantro, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Ginger, Garlic, Ground Cumin, Paprika, Salt, Cumin, Turmeric Powder, Ground Coriander, Chili Pepper Flakes.
Microwave Instructions: Remove the plastic cover, and reheat in the microwave-safe aluminum tray for 2-3 mins. Let stand for 1 minute before enjoying.
Conventional Oven Instructions: Remove spinach. Place tray in the oven, preheated to 350F, for 10-12 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute before enjoying.
Alternatively, this entree can be enjoyed at room-temperature.
