We have taken our Chicken Tikka Masala and added a handful of fresh, seasonal and bright vegetables such as red bell peppers and carrots. Combined with chunks of chicken in the creamy, flavor-packed masala sauce, this makes for a quick and easy family meal.
Preheat oven to 425 F. Remove lid and bake until bubbly and browned on top, 10-15 minutes.
Ingredients: tikka masala sauce (tomatoes, onions, turmeric, cumin, mango, coriander, nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom, chili, black pepper, garlic, ginger, cream, salt, rice bran oil, water salt), pinned chicken (sous vide chicken, salt), water, sushi rice, red bell pepper, carrots, olive oil, cilantro salt.
