Roasted tomatillos, garlic, anaheim, and jalapeno peppers make the base of this light but comforting Chicken Chili Verde. We’ve added heirloom cranberry beans braised with cumin and onions, for a hearty but light addition. Enjoy on its own or add your favorite classic chili toppings.
Reheating Instructions: Chili can be rewarmed in a saucepan at medium-high heat or in the microwave until the desired temperature is achieved.
