The vision for this asparagus dish is to offer the freshest asparagus experience possible! Tender, local asparagus is paired with our housemade herb butter studded with fresh green garlic and preserved Meyer lemon.
To Prepare: Place in a preheated 425 still oven for 14-15 minutes for perfectly-cooked asparagus. Note that as the season progresses, asparagus gets thicker, requiring more time to cook. *if using a convection oven, lower the temperature to 400 and reduce the cooking time by 2-3 minutes.
