Good Citizens makes good food and good communities. They're dedicated to transparency about where their ingredients come from, how they make their food, and to being both an honest business partner and a positive community member. They source all their ingredients from local family-owned operations: Full Belly Farm in Sonoma, CA, where they buy organic wheat; Bay State Milling in Woodland, CA, where the wheat is milled into flour; and Pasta Sonoma in Sonoma, CA, where the flour is turned into authentic bronze die-cut pasta. Their team is dedicated to building empowerment and respect among its employees, and they operate an employee stock option program so that everyone can share in the business' profits. They even integrate community advocacy into their marketing and sales. Service to others, nourishing the vulnerable, fighting income inequality and of course—dishing up great food.
