For people with multiple allergies or who follow a vegan lifestyle, we now have our individually wrapped gluten free, vegan cookies. They are a convenient on-the-go treat and are free of gluten, dairy, egg, and are made with non-GMO ingredients.
We make all of our products in a dedicated, GFCO certified gluten free facility.
We believe the best ingredients lead to the best taste. We use:
- organic, fair trade cane sugar
- cage free, hand cracked eggs
- Local, Non-GMO chocolate, and ginger
- California Butter (made only with cream and salt)
- All Non-GMO gluten free flour
