Tagine with Couscous Kit

Shopping list:  

• 2 Ibs meat: bone-in chicken thighs or leg of lamb or shoulder
• 2 carrots or 1 butternut squash 
• 1 onion
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1 lemon (peel only)
• 1 carton chicken broth (32 oz)
• Basics: honey, olive oil, salt
• Optional: 2 zucchinis or any other veggie if you feel like getting creative, small can garbanzo beans 

Key cooking tool: Dutch oven or saucepan (3-4 qt), unless you have a tagine cooking vessel.
