Fromagerie Gillot was founded in 1912, and has been family owned and operated since, using their classic traditions to make true Camembert. They source their milk from family farms only within 25 miles of the creamery. The cows have unfettered access to the outdoors year round and feed on only grass at least 6 months of the year, with any additional feed being non-GMO.
