Gerard Bertrand's Gris Blanc is a very pale pink color with aromas of soft and delicate fresh red berries.
On the palate, the berry notes continue, along with hints of cherry, fig, and a light minerality. It has an elegant finish where the minerality shines and becomes bone-dry. The vines are ideally located in Tautavel area, between Mediterranean sea and Pyrenees mountains, 30 km north to Perpignan in the South of France area. The dry and sunny terroir enables Grenache, the emblematic grape variety of the Mediterranean, to express its best aromas. Pair with a seasonal fruit salad, or ceviche.
