Peach Ginger Preserves

We mixed peaches and nectarines, both the yellow and white varieties, to create a jam that we think captures the very essence of peach. That heavenly feeling of biting into a perfect summer peach is grounded by just the right amount of ginger heat.

Ingredients: organic peach, organic sugar, pectin, organic lemon juice, organic ginger.
