Miranda de Cauca refers to the town in the Cauca department this coffee calls home. It is situated just northwest of the Nevado de Huila, the highest volcano in Colombia. The volcanic soils, coupled with high elevations of 1750 to 1900 MASL, create ideal coffee-growing conditions. Miranda produces a crisp, refreshing cup with hints of red currant and red cherry.
