Chorizo Pork Sausage

Coarse-ground, lightly smoked links in a natural hog casing seasoned with sea salt, garlic and a blend of Spanish paprika. 

Our fully-cooked sausage links are made using prime shoulder cuts of fresh pork that are coarse-ground, seasoned and stuffed into natural casings. They are gluten-free and contain no milk products or MSG. Ideal for grilling, pan frying, or baking.

Ingredients: Pork, Water, and contains 2% or less of Vinegar, Sea Salt, Smoked Paprika (Pimenton), Pepper, Garlic, Cumin, Spice Extracts (from Cayenne and Paprika).
