Chocolate Covered Caramelized Almonds

Feve's Chocolate Covered Caramelized Almonds are the finished product of a gloriously multi-step creation process. First, almonds are roasted to a toasty, nutty perfection. They're cooked in sugar next, coating each nut individually in a sweetly crunchy layer of caramel. Then comes a pinch of salt to bring out every flavor, and finally, the nuts are dipped in layers of rich chocolate. Savor each one (or a whole handful).
