Ferrari Farms

Ferrari Farms

Linden, CA

Ferrari Farms is a 500-acre family farm in Linden, California, nestled in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley. Since 1963, the Ferrari family has farmed this land with a commitment to growing delicious fruit and nuts the right way—organically, sustainably, and with deep respect for the environment. Long before it was popular, Ferrari Farms became one of California’s earliest CCOF-certified organic farms in 1982, and has remained a pioneer in the organic movement ever since.

Now in its second and third generations, Wayne Ferrari and his wife Irene continue the work alongside their children Jeff, Greg, and Gina. Their philosophy is simple: if they grow it, they sell it. That independence, paired with an unwavering standard of quality, means each crop reflects their personal care and pride. From peaches to walnuts, Ferrari Farms stays small enough to maintain a hands-on approach, yet bold enough to lead on sustainability.

Their farming practices are rooted in restoring the natural balance of the land. Intensive composting, no-till techniques, and solar-powered irrigation are paired with pest control methods that rely on beneficial insects and natural predators—not synthetic chemicals. The result is a thriving, biodiverse farm where earthworms, owls, ladybugs, and lacewings all do their part to create a resilient ecosystem.

Organic farming isn’t easy—but for the Ferraris, it’s the only way. They believe the healthiest food comes from healthy soil and a healthy environment. Their mission is to deliver fruit and nuts that taste like they used to: fresh, vibrant, and full of old-fashioned wholesomeness.
