We'll bring you local and sustainably caught fish each week-- with no shellfish! The catch will change with what's in season. You will always receive the day's freshest catch; exact weight varies depending on the type of fish or shellfish. You will also receive an email newsletter packed with info about your fish (see below).
By working with a range of fishermen and primary processors, we are able to select the day's best catch for our customers, and to give them the tools to become empowered seafood lovers. We do this by focusing on: 1. sustainability; 2. freshness/quality; 3. variety; 4. resources and education.
The vast majority of our offerings are "pan ready" (industry speak for scaled, gutted, and filleted). Yet, there remains a fair bit of trepidation when it comes to preparing fish at home. That's why we provide a detailed e-newsletter with each delivery. Each newsletter includes info regarding where and how your fish was caught; the status of the fishery; storage and handling tips; and a detailed recipe (as well as some general cooking suggestions). We also link to video demonstrations of filleting, skinning, and whatever else might be pertinent to the day's catch. You can find more cooking ideas at our
