Equal Exchange works directly with co-operative farmers in India to bring you these roasted and lightly salted sustainably farmed organic cashews. Founded in 2006, the 4,500 members of Fair Trade Alliance Kerala utilize Fair Trade premiums to improve their local community through initiatives that support clean drinking water programs, improve local school facilities, and protect both elephants and crops with elephant-friendly fencing.
