emmy’s was founded in San Francisco in 2010. Interested in reviving the practice of preserving to promote sustainable consumption, we decided to turn our passion for preservation into a business. We offer artisan pickled vegetables and preserved fruits, sourcing our produce exclusively from local, organic farms. Our products are all made in small batches using only seasonal fruits and vegetables.
