Elio Altare does not apply biodynamic or similar methods, but simply works the vineyards and the vines using the same methods that have been employed for hundreds of years. They don’t use any substances that could modify the colour or the structure of the wine. They also do not filter or clarify any of the wines. Elio Altare is an Artisan production that is internationally recognized as one of the best in the region.
