ABOUT. DOUGH & CO is the premier purveyor of quality egg-free cookie dough that can be enjoyed both baked and unbaked. Made in small batches, we use only quality ingredients: premium baking flour, real butter, pure Madagascar vanilla, and two types of chocolate. Instead of eggs, whole white chia seeds are finely ground then mixed with water, making for a cookie dough that is nuttier, and safe-to-eat  both unbaked and baked. We top with a few flakes of crunchy Maldon Sea Salt for that salty/sweet contrast. It's doughlicious.

STORY. DOUGH & CO was officially started in September 2013 by Omar Mamoon, but it really began much earlier when he moved to San Francisco after graduating college. His first apartment was located directly across the street from La Cocina, a non-profit that helps low-income, immigrant entrepreneurs start their food businesses. Omar began volunteering, got involved, and became inspired to start his very own food business.

MISSION. To make life easier and tastier by creating the finest cookie dough possible.

FOUNDATION. Sharing is caring, so we doughnate a portion of profits to La Cocina.
