Product Details

Approx. 10-13 lb, fully cooked, previously frozen

Elevate your Thanksgiving feast with the Diestel Turkey Fully Cooked Pecan Smoked Whole Turkey. The debate over how to pronounce "pecan" may never end, but one thing's for sure: this Pecan Smoked Whole Turkey is utterly delicious. These turkeys are lovingly slow-smoked over real pecan hardwood until they achieve a perfect golden brown and sizzling flavor, making it the perfect centerpiece for your Thanksgiving celebration.

All you need to do is warm this bird in the oven, and let those delightful southern aromas tease your taste buds while you wait. The only question is how fast it will disappear from your Thanksgiving table. Get ready for a feast to remember!

Note: This smoked turkey comes fully cooked and ready to enjoy—it’s been carefully smoked, then frozen for freshness. To serve warm, heat to your liking. If you’re using a thermometer, the USDA recommends an internal temperature of 165°F. Let it rest for about 15 minutes before carving.

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS

Remove the thawed (not frozen) turkey from all packaging and place it breast-side up in a roasting pan. Leave the nylon truss on the legs — it’s oven-safe up to 450°F.

Cover loosely with foil and heat at 325°F until warmed through, about 1 to 1½ hours for a 10–13 lb turkey. For best results, use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Let rest for 15 minutes before carving.

Ingredients: Turkey, Water, Sea Salt, Brown Sugar, Evaporated Cane Juice, Sodium Carbonate, Spices, Garlic Powder and Natural Flavoring
