Anamalai Mace

This mace is grown on a family estate located at the base of the Western Ghats, grown alongside Diaspora's award-winning Anamalai Cacao. Before harvesting, the mace is fully ripened for optimal flavor and oil content, resulting in a more lasting and potent aroma. Mace, the outer covering of nutmeg, is mild with notes of mango, papaya, and lemongrass. Use this mace in curries, stews, and in other spice blends for a burst of flavor.
